WHERE DO I MEET MY CHAUFFEUR AT HOUSTON CITY AIRPORT?
Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at the luggage claim area. Holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office right away 832-544-4439 and we will assist you immediately. Failure to call will result in the full charge/no-show.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE A RESERVATION?
As soon as your plans are fairly define. We always suggest as much notice as possible, several days for airport service and at least several weeks for Cruise terminal. However seasonal, off-hour and special events will dictate more notice tome so try to plan accordingly.
DO YOU OFFER OFF-HOUR SERVICE?
Yes, we offer car service 24 hour a day / 7 days aweek / 365 days a year. Please keep in mind to reserve as far in advance as possible for off-hour service and that premium pricing and/or surcharges may apply.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD GRATUITY?
The Industry standard gratuity for a chauffeur is 20%.
IS THERE A CHARGE IF I NEED TO MAKE A STOP?
Stops are billed $20.00 per stop (Maximum 15 minutes duration).
IS THERE A FEE FOR WAITING PERIODS?
Yes, Unscheduled waiting time is charge $20.00 every 15 minutes. 1 hour at Airport and 30 minutes at Cruise terminal. ( Exceptions will be made for flight cancelled by the airlines ).
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICIES?
Sedan and SUV - 24 hours before prior to pickup time time on airport service.
Limousine - 48 hours prior to pick up time. 6 hour notice on airport transfers.
Passenger and Executive Van - 4 hours prior to pick up time or garage leave time on airport service, 8 hour prior to pick up time or garage leave time hourly charters.
Motor Coaches - Three weeks prior to pickup day/time on hourly charters and four weeks on day or out of Town Charters.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN YOUR VEHICLES?
No, All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee $250.00 will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.
